Jackson and Clay County residents have a dedicated “Zoomobile,” one per county, which will bring zoological experiences into the schools, libraries and community centers and other public events in Jackson and Clay Counties. Reservations can be made at least 4 weeks ahead of time for your Zoomobile experience.  One session per year is free; added bookings will be at our regular fees. 816.513.5723 or education@fotzkc.org

Each classroom in Jackson and Clay County will receive free admission when making an advanced reservation to visit the Kansas City Zoo. 816.513.5723 or education@fotzkc.org

Each school district in Jackson and Clay Counties will receive fully sponsored field trips, including bus transportation stipends, for 2^nd, 4^th and 8^th grades.   In addition, those grades will receive free ZooEd programming as it is developed, starting with 2^nd grade, both at the Zoo and in their classrooms. Until that program curriculum is developed, they may request one of any of our existing grade-level zoomobile programs to come out to the school. 816.513.5723 or education@fotzkc.org
